The ice crusher 100 kg/h is not an ice machine: it is a crusher that turns your ice cubes into crushed ice, up to 100 kg per hour. The almost indispensable complement as soon as you serve cocktails, seafood or displays on ice.
Crushed ice cools faster (more contact surface) and presents better than the ice cube. It is used for cocktails (mojito, caipirinha, frozen), seafood platters and stalls (fishmonger, oyster bar), the presentation of fresh products, home-made smoothies and granitas. A station that, well served, makes the difference on image as much as on freshness.
With a throughput of 100 kg of crushed ice per hour and a cycle of 12 to 15 seconds, it keeps up with the pace of a busy service. The thickness of the crushed ice is adjustable, to go from fine ice (cocktails) to coarser (presentation).
