The ice machine with spray system, water-cooled (28 kg/24h), is the compact solution for producing bar-quality ice cubes in a small space. Its spray system forms clear and dense ice cubes that melt slowly, and its water cooling makes it efficient even in a hot kitchen.
In a spray machine, water is sprayed onto a cold evaporator where it freezes layer by layer. The result: a clear, dense and hard ice cube, which melts slowly and dilutes drinks less — the standard expected in a bar and in catering. This machine produces 28 kg of ice per 24 h (18 cubes per cycle) and keeps a built-in storage of 6.5 kg, i.e. 365 cubes.
Water cooling is more efficient in a hot environment than air cooling: it maintains a stable temperature even at full load and does not release heat into the room. It is the right choice for a cramped or hot kitchen. To allow for: a dedicated water supply, water cooling consuming more. The machine is delivered with its cleaning kit and its drain.
At only 340 × 480 × 600 mm, it sits on a worktop or under a counter. Its AISI 304 stainless steel construction and its AGION anti-microbial system guarantee healthy ice (an HACCP issue), while its R290 refrigerant (natural) limits the environmental impact. Single-phase 230 V supply, 653 W.
