The planetary mixer 7 L is the intermediate model of the range: it offers more capacity than the 5 L (up to 1.05 kg of dough, i.e. about 40 % more) while keeping a controlled footprint. It is the right compromise for anyone who produces every day without needing the heavy 10 L format.

7 litres: the extra volume

Where the 5 L suits an occasional use, the 7 L handles more generous batches: creams, cake batters, biscuit or pizza doughs in regular quantity. Its 7-litre stainless steel bowl with a removable handle holds up to 1.05 kg of dough (0.7 kg of flour), to reduce the number of batches on a busy day — all in a 427 × 250 × 422 mm format that remains countertop-friendly (18 kg).

The planetary motion, guarantee of an even mix

Like the whole range, this mixer uses the planetary motion: the tool describes an elliptical path, turning on itself and around the bowl. The result: no forgotten area, no manual scraping, an even texture from the bottom to the walls. The speed regulation lets you adapt the action — slow to knead, fast to whip up and emulsify. A single appliance thus covers the whole spectrum, from the kneading of a pizza dough to the whipped cream, without changing machine.
