The planetary mixer 5 L is the compact model of the range: the ideal tool to get started in pastry, to prepare batters, creams and small doughs without cluttering the worktop. With its planetary motion, its 3 speeds and its three included attachments, it effectively replaces the work by hand for a small, regular volume.

A compact planetary mixer

The planetary motion makes all the difference: the attachment turns on itself while turning around the bowl, which mixes the whole preparation, including on the walls, without intervention. Compact (351 × 231 × 412 mm, 15.5 kg) and fitted with a 330 W motor, it sits on any worktop and plugs into a standard 230 V socket.

Three attachments, a thousand preparations

The mixer is delivered with its three essential tools: the whisk to emulsify and whip up (egg whites, creams, sauces), the flat beater (paddle) to mix soft doughs and batters (cakes, biscuits, liquid batters), and the dough hook for firmer doughs. The stainless steel bowl with a removable handle detaches for easy cleaning, and the protective guard secures the use.
