The refrigerated saladette 3 doors with a stainless steel worktop (350 L, 8 GN 1/6 bins) is the robust and easy-going prep table of fast foods and food trucks. Its stainless steel surface takes intensive use and cleans in one wipe, above a 3-door refrigerated cabinet and 8 GN bins for the toppings, all kept between +4 and +10 °C.
Stainless steel (AISI 201) is the reference material of fast food: resistant to knocks and intensive use, insensitive to water and detergents, it cleans with a wipe of the sponge. It is the right choice for a food truck, a sandwich shop, a kebab shop or a fast food where the surface runs through service after service all day, in strict hygiene conditions. And at equal format, stainless steel comes out cheaper than granite.
On top, 8 refrigerated GN 1/6 bins keep your toppings within reach (raw vegetables, cheeses, sauces, meats); below, a 3-door 350-litre refrigerated cabinet for the stock. The positive cold +4/+10 °C and the R600A refrigerant (natural) ensure preservation while limiting the environmental impact. Format 1370 × 700 × 850/1090 mm, 230 W.
