The refrigerated saladette 2 doors with a granite worktop (220 L, 5 bins) is the compact version of the pizza saladette: the same granite surface that stays cold, in a format that slips into a small kitchen or a food truck. Ideal for preparing pizzas and toppings where every centimetre counts.
Granite keeps all its value on a small table: thanks to its thermal inertia, the surface stays cold in the middle of service. The dough does not warm up, does not stick, the gluten holds — exactly what a pizza maker expects, here in a minimal footprint. Granite is moreover a dense, hygienic and easy-to-clean surface, which withstands intensive daily use without marking.
On top, 5 refrigerated GN bins keep your toppings within reach (sauce, cheese, vegetables, meats); below, a 2-door 220-litre refrigerated cabinet for the stock. All the essentials of a saladette, in a format of 905 × 700 × 850/1090 mm that frees up space. Positive cold +4/+10 °C, 230 W.
