The 66 cm griddle snack plate doubles the cooking width and adds a decisive asset for busy services: two independent heating zones. You control two temperatures in parallel on a large 650 × 480 mm stainless steel plate — enough to keep the covers coming without creating a bottleneck at rush hour.

With 6 kW in three-phase 400 V spread across two heating points, you handle two preparations at the same time: seared meats on one side, vegetables or breads on the other, each at its ideal temperature.
