The vacuum marinating machine is the fastest version of our marinating offer: thanks to its vacuum motor that pumps out the air, the marinade penetrates the meat in 25 minutes only — much faster and more effectively than a classic marinade. Ideal for chicken restaurants that want throughput without sacrificing flavour.

Vacuum: why it is faster

By removing the air, the vacuum opens the fibres of the meat and drives the marinade to absorb deeply, almost immediately. You save valuable time (25 min versus ~1 h for a standard machine) while obtaining chicken that is tastier and more tender, with a better-controlled use-by date.
