Ideal for chicken restaurants that want throughput without sacrificing flavour.
By removing the air, the vacuum opens the fibres of the meat and drives the marinade to absorb deeply, almost immediately. You save valuable time (25 min versus ~1 h for a standard machine) while obtaining chicken that is tastier and more tender, with a better-controlled use-by date. Its digital touchscreen controls make each cycle precise and reproducible.
