The 600-litre negative stainless steel refrigerated cabinet is a large professional freezer: it goes down from -18 to -22 °C to freeze and store your frozen products for the long term. Same format and same stainless robustness as the positive version, but a static negative cold built for long-term preservation.
A negative cabinet maintains a temperature well below 0 °C, essential for frozen products: fries and potatoes, meats and poultry, fish, ice cream and frozen desserts, frozen ready meals. It guarantees the continuity of the negative cold chain between delivery and service. By nature, negative cold is more energy-intensive than positive cold: maintaining -18/-22 °C draws more on the refrigeration unit than simply keeping products chilled.
Its 600 litres allow you to build a real buffer stock of frozen products and space out deliveries, within a contained footprint (775 × 695 mm, 1885 mm high). Its 6 GN 2/1 grids directly accommodate gastronorm bins and trays; interior lighting and a safety lock make organisation easier and secure the goods.
