The Complete Pack pressure fryer + 1 m display equips the entire fried-chicken preparation line — Easy Fry pressure fryer, marinating machine, breading table, hot-holding display — with a one-metre display. The same complete line as the 70 cm pack, but with a higher display capacity, for a point of sale with regular traffic.
This pack combines the two assets: the complete process (marinate, bread, fry, keep warm) to produce fast and consistently, and a 1 m display that shows enough hot product for regular traffic. More capacity than the 70 cm version (small spaces), without the bulk of the 1.5 m one.
