The convection / fan-assisted oven is the compact and versatile oven that cooks fast and evenly thanks to the fan-driven circulation of hot air. On its 4 levels, it runs viennoiseries, gratins, roasted vegetables and reheating one after another — and because it plugs into a standard 230 V socket, it installs with no electrical constraint.

Why a convection / fan-assisted oven?

The fan-forced heat distributes the hot air uniformly throughout the chamber: no more cold spots, an even cooking on all levels and reduced cooking times compared with a static oven. It is the ideal tool for dry cooking — pastry, viennoiserie, gratins, light roasting — and to regenerate dishes quickly in the middle of service.

With 4 levels in GN 2/3 format (460 × 340 mm trays) and a footprint of 585 × 655 × 570 mm, it finds its place on a worktop or a trolley. Its power of 2.7 kW in 230 V single-phase lets it run on a standard socket — no need for a three-phase installation. The stainless steel chamber and its fan ensure an even heat-up and easy cleaning.
