The large fry warmer is the free-standing fry station of high-volume chip shops and fast-food outlets — the dedicated station found in the big burger brands. Straight out of the fryer, you drop in and salt the fries, then keep them hot and crispy in reserve, ready to fill the trays at the pace of service.

With its large capacity and its wide bin, it takes on large quantities of fries without running out during the rush. The removable bins make continuous loading and unloading easier, and the mechanical controls can be picked up in a minute.
